Viamonte is a creative collaboration between Northern California Presbyterian Homes and Services (NCPHS) and Episcopal Senior Communities (ESC) that introduced the first Continuing Care Retirement Community to Walnut Creek, CA. Part of an ambitious mixed-use retail development.
A new online destination was designed and developed to introduce and showcase this unique community to the world.
